This project was basically complex theme hacking. I hate theme hacking because I have to deal with all the bugs/nuances of other people’s work without the benefit of being familiar with the whole codebase. I’ve done several projects and many updates for Sherwin over the past year, but nothing that was significant until recently. This site is a beast. The client didn’t have us build the site originally but they’ve had us do all the updates (not good, I hate some people’s code). This was a re-skin of the existing site. Coding on shopify isn’t easy, particularly with version control, but we setup a repo in git and use Ruby to push to the Shopify api when a file changes. I’ve done several projects that aren’t listed on this website. They include a couple sites built in Magento, a couple built in Drupal, one built in dream weaver, and a couple more in strait HTML and CSS. I also did the design for all those sites and a couple logos as well. I wouldn’t say Read More: Other Previous Projects
Buink is a great place to work, as well as a great place to have quality software written. I originally contracted Buink for some web development, and it worked out so well we began working together on many different projects. Definitely an honest transparent company that needs to be considered for your software needs.
